Return & Exchange Policy
At Gurukrupa Enterprises, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. We are here to support you before and after your purchase. Please read through the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of an order is possible only if the product has not been dispatched. Kindly email us at sales.gurukrupaent@gmail.com for cancellation requests.
For cancelled orders, store credit will be provided, which can be used for future purchases.
⚠ Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.Transit Damage
While it is rare for products to get damaged in transit, if you receive a damaged order, please follow the instructions below:
- Opening Video is Required: Please record a video while opening the parcel and show the item clearly. If the item is found to be damaged, we will replace it immediately.
- Without an opening video, we will be unable to assist you with any issues.
- Kindly email the video to sales.gurukrupaent@gmail.com.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges, if any, are provided within the same product category. A credit note will be issued if the desired product is not in stock.
- Exchange is allowed once per order.
- Customised products made as per customer instructions are not eligible for exchanges.
- Exchange is not accepted if the customer does not like the product or its colour. Please read all details in the product description before placing the order.
- All sale, discounted, coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-exchangeable.
- Only products that are unused, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in their original packaging are eligible for exchange.
- For size issues, email us within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Check the size in the product description before ordering.
- An actual video of the product with repackaging is required. Minimal shipping costs in such cases will be extra, depending on parcel size.
- For certain pin codes with no reverse pickup facility, customers are requested to send the product themselves.
- If the product is not handed over within 5–7 business days from the return/exchange request date, the request will be cancelled.
Return / Refund
Refunds (if any), once processed, will be credited within 4–6 working days in the same payment mode, depending on the bank's timeline.
