Our Shipping Commitment
At Gurukrupa Enterprises, we guarantee prompt and reliable shipping for all your orders. Please review our shipping policy for details on delivery timelines, charges, and procedures for both domestic and international shipments.
Shipping
Once an order is received, we strive to dispatch it the next day. Any delay in dispatch will be notified. Orders are shipped with an expected delivery date of 1 to 7 days within India, depending on the location. Customers will receive delivery details via SMS and email.
International Shipping (Outside India)
Orders are shipped via reputed courier partners with an expected delivery within 7 to 10 days. Any delays will be notified.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are dispatched from Mumbai. The general delivery timeline is as follows:
- Mumbai: Generally takes 2 days. Contact us for same-day delivery in Mumbai.
- Metros: Generally take 3–5 days.
- Non-Metro: Generally take 3–7 days, depending on the location.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- If a COD order is cancelled once, further COD orders will not be shipped for that person.
India:
- COD is ₹75 extra.
- Free shipping on online payments.
International Orders:
- Use PayPal for payments.
- COD orders are not accepted.
